You can sell a percentage of your business to a venture capitalist or investment banker.

This is usually a last resort for a business owner. These transactions usually involve giving up a percentage of the owner's business for a very expensive business loan. The owner usually agrees to a strict management agreement, which lays out rules for business operation that the owner must now follow.

You can sell your accounts receivable or business invoices and get immediate cashflow for your business to use as you see fit. No contract of any length of time is involved. Sell your invoices for one month or forever, the decision is yours!

Why give a business vendor an invoice for manufactured products or provided services and have to wait 30, 60, 90, or 120 days to receive payment? Your company in fact, becomes a lending institution which offers interest free loans until payment is finally made on your invoice. Lending institutions do not offer interest free loans to anyone for any amount of time, why should your company? This process of transacting or selling accounts receivable in the secondary market is called factoring.
